INDICATOR: CHILDREN RECEIVING SNAP BENEFITS

DEFINITION: Children receiving SNAP benefits is the number of children under age 18 who participated in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in 2011 and the percentage change between 2005 and 2011 in the number of children under age 18 participating.
