Rhode Island KIDS COUNT released its 15th annual report on the well-being of Rhode Island’s children at a policy breakfast on April 6, 2009. Harriet Meyer, the President of the Chicago-based Ounce of Prevention Fund, delivered the keynote address at the policy breakfast.
